“In De Discotheek wordt voornamelijk muziek waar men makkelijk op kan dansen gedraaid door een diskjockey”, as the first slogan of De Discotheek read. Okay, the description is not a lie, but the club concept gradually became much more. than that. An alternative to Thursday night flat hits, a nod to rave nostalgia, a place for local talent.
